The most important aspect of job is money that people earn

Nowadays some people think that when they work, and they earn money, they are doing everything in life. Working only for has money is not single satisfaction for anybody. Earning money is not the only reason for a person work, also for self, for feeling good with the things to do, and with the profession that has been select for the life.

Although the money is good, this shouldn’t be the main objective of a work, and less of an employee. Also, people that work to feel well with self and check that they had reached to that they want in life. There are many people that work for the family, to take out ahead the children, and although this is a good reason the money isn’t everything in the life.

On the other hand, there are people that work for being a professional with high experience and with high quality in the work. Also, there many people that don’t need to work for the money, but they work for vocation, for helping, and not only earning and spending money.

In conclusion, when one has an employment one should bring advantage, for having personal growth, and not simply looking for the way to have good incomes. People should work because, they like that they make, and they want to be improve every day. In my opinion, all people should work, because they want to grow up and be somebody in the life, but nowadays for the economic situation, more than 50% of people work for earning money and for the family.

EUGENIO BERRIOS

Eugenio Berrios Sagredo was grateful criminal from Chile, he was a Chilean biochemist who worked for the DINA intelligence agency. Berrios was charged of project Andrea in which Pinochet ordered the producing of sarin gas, a chemical weapon used by the DINA which does not leaves trace and makes the death of the victim similar to a heart attack .

Many biochemical weapons produced by Berrios included anthrax and botulism Jonathan Franklin,
Pinochet 'sold cocaine to Europe and US'. Berrios also allegedly produced cocaine for Augusto Pinochet, who then sold it to Europe and the United States . Wanted by the Chilean justice for involvement in the Letelier case, he escaped to Uruguay in 1991, at the beginning of the Chilean transition to democracy, and what has been identified as his corpse was found in 1995 near Montevideo.

The Uruguayan film director Esteban Schroeder produced a movie, killed all, loosely based on Berrios' murder. The movie was adapted from the book 99 percent murdered written by the Uruguayan writer Pablo Vierc, and will be presented in the San Sebastian International Film Festival
Filme uruguayo "killer all" in San Sebastian.

In conclusion we can say that Berrios was a very grateful criminal in Chile for its multiple crimes and mainly for the creation of very dangerous nuclear weapons, today in day he is remembered as the most important criminal of traffic of drugs, illicit production of weapons and multiple murders, for this country this events were very bad.

The privatization of higher education in Colombia: Effects on quality and equity

As a result of current economic conditions, developing countries have had to re-examine their methods for funding higher education. The World Bank has suggested several policy changes to help countries such as Colombia cope with the situation. The goal of these changes is to allow more equitable access to education, to increase the resources flowing to education, and to derive maximum benefit from this increase in funds. The proposed changes include decentralizing management, expanding private schools, and introducing student loans and selective scholarships, and cost-recovery in higher education.
This paper examines the applicability of such a package in Colombia. It is argued that the main problems are the quality of higher education and access to education. Other obstacles include the ideology of free higher education and the opposition of the upper classes to selective scholarships in Colombia. The prospects for decentralized control of education are seen, at best, as a remote possibility.

FILMS

At the moment, there are different options to do in the free time, for example watch a film: some people prefer to watch films at home, while other people prefer to go to the cinema, both options are good, but I will compare find the really differences: advantages and disadvantages.

Firstly, currently the technology gives us the possibility of buying a home theatre that of simulating a cinema, the sound and the video are very similar to cinema, that is why this reason that some people prefer to watch films at home, the two options are the families plan, then it is an important similarity because we are in family.

On the other hand, the economic difference is relevant, at home you do not spend money while that the cinema you should buy tickets and food, then the option to go to cinema is more expensive than to watch a film at home, but in some times is better to go to cinema, because despite paying be in a different place, services and things you change the environment.

In summary, but options are good, depending on the objective, choose the best options, you should remember some aspects: money, environment, free time and the family.

The low quality of the education in Colombia

Nowadays the education plays an important role in the formation of each one of the persons, nevertheless we see that the education is not taken by the importance that is deserved, but on the contrary it is an aspect to the one that does not give itself the necessary attention, it is for this that Colombia appears in the last three positions between 57 countries and with a puntaje very lower than that of the first one, Finland. A time ago, in an international test of the same type, Colombia had occupied the position 44 between 45. These numbers do a severe question to the educational Colombian model.

The global information shows that the most developed countries and with better distribution of money they have the highest results, the slow advance of Colombia in distribution of the money, The unequal distribution of the revenue and of opportunities reduces the educational quality, you cause for which one presents the low quality of the education in colombia.

Other one of the big faults of the educational system is that from the Cologne it has predominated over the belief of which the qualit education must center in a privileged sector, at present, the presence of the students of strata 5 and 6 is practically Void in the public schools. These students prefer to lose the subsidy and study in private schools where they pay highly costly pensions; The same thing happens with the executives of the colleges, which there prefer the students of high strata who pay major matriculations and can be formed by minor efforts.

Finally is confirmed the theory of which the principal determinants of the school performance are the cultural tradition, the distribution of money and the environment; The solution of the educational quality is in an integrated system, in which the students of different strata are present at the same schools. In general terms, it considers to strengthen the public education, to create the conditions of location and transport in order that the students of different strata could go to the same classrooms and open the possibility of giving scholarships that 1 and 2 assure a minimal presence of the strata.

Resonant magnetic Imaging MRI and Food Preservation Processes,

Along the years they have left discovering and creating new inventions that have been useful to the society and that they also have from all over the world changing the life of people, some of the big discoveries are: resonant magnetic Imaging MRI and Food Preservation Processes, discovered for: Paul Lauterbur, Peter Mansfield and Lloyd Augustus Hall.

Paul C Lauterbur and Peter Mansfield was the inventors of resonant magnetic Imaging MRI, while Paul C Lauterbur was located in New York, in the state university as ` chemistry professor, Peter Mansfield was in Nottingham, England, Paul wrote to paper on to new imaging technique which has termed zeugmatography (from the Greek zeugmo meaning yoke or to joining together). Lauterbur imaging experiments moves science from the it sails dimension of NMR spectroscopy to the second dimension of spatial orientation - the foundation of MRI. While further developed the utilization of gradients in the magnetic field. There is showed how the signals could be mathematically analyzed, which made it possible to develop to useful imaging technique. Peter Mansfield also showed how extremely fast imaging could be achievable. This grants a scholarship me technically possible within medicine to decade later. Being these two investigations what you/they would take to the creation of a team of great help for the doctors, the illnesses and the community.

On the other hand, An industrial food chemist, Lloyd Augustus Hall revolutionized the meatpacking industry with his development of curing salts for the processing and reserving of meats. There is developed to technique of "flash-driving" (evaporating) and to technique of sterilization with ethylene oxidizes which is still used by medical professionals today.

Finally, we see that the famous inventors before mentioned they have created or discovered inventions that have been from an or another way contributions to the medicine and the same society, as well as there are differences among their location and perhaps the time, these they have been able to leave a base for future creations.
