INVENTION: Invention or invention is an object, technique or process which own novel characteristics. It can be based on some idea, collaboration or previous innovation and the process of the same at least requires the knowledge of a concept or existing method that can be modified or be transformed into a new invention. Nevertheless, some inventions also represent an innovating creation without antecedents in the science or the technology that extends the limits of the human knowledge. Sometimes legal protection to an invention by means of a patent can be granted.

INVENTOR: The word " inventor" it comes from the Latin verb invenire, invent-, to find. (To see the section creative personality in the Inventive article). The phrase " the necessity is the mother of invención" , it discusses essentially that, the deficiency of resources leads to the invention, whereas a school of the opposite thought argues that only with an excess of resources these results are obtained. Nevertheless, at the moment the inventive process by the reference to one of them cannot be understood simply of these perspective. In general terms although the inventiveness usually responds to a necessity, it is not dismissable that from a rich atmosphere in resources new experiences arise that generate inventions.

SCIENCE: The science (of the Latin scientia ' conocimiento') it is the systematized, elaborated knowledge by means of observations, reasonings and tests methodically organized. Science is worth of different methods and techniques for the acquisition and organization of knowledge on the structure of a set of facts accessible objectives and from several observers. The application of those methods and knowledge leads to the generation of more objective knowledge in the form of concrete, quantitative and provable predictions referred to observable facts pasts, presents and futures. Frequently those predictions can be formulated by means of reasonings and structure like rules or universal laws, that give account of the behavior of a system and predict how this system in certain circumstances will act.
